Usually when we think of weight loss and fitness we think of two things we need to get right: activity and eating well. If that’s the case, then why is it that even though we KNOW we should eat better and be more active, we still don’t do it?

It’s because we have missed the most important component – the mind! In order to be successful in weight loss we need to build new habits, and new habits can only be built through strategic behavioral change. Translating a desire for an outcome into actually doing the appropriate actions to achieve that outcome is the piece that is missing in most fitness programs.

Why 10-week Programs?

Three Points Fitness offers ten week group fitness training in your community. You gather up a few friends and we come to your location to lead your group to a healthier, stronger place. Yes! We do help with getting a group together and finding a location! Once those little details have been ironed out, we start the 10 week program.

10 weeks is a good amount of time to get friends to commit to in the first place. But it’s also the perfect amount of time to form and solidify a new habit, and to see results! We train together one hour a week, but in the meantime you will get pointers on eating for weight loss and extra things you can do on your own time to further develop your fitness.

Three Points Fitness strives to meet clients where they’re at. That means fitness classes catered to your level, with modifications recommended for your particular situation. These classes are meant for beginner to intermediate exercisers, who are healthy or apparently healthy. Not sure if you’re ready for exercise? Check with your doctor! They know you best!
