How breakfast became a thing

It’s funny how corporations can have such a huge influence on our cultural perceptions of food and eating, mostly only for their own benefit. Have some of your eating habits been formed purely for the profit line of big corporations? This of course applies to the diet industry as well as the junk food industry. Remember that they all benefit only from you buying their products. Cooking fresh food at home whenever possible, eating reasonable portions and staying aware of what goes in your mouth are your best tools to keep corporate influence from impacting your waistline.
