Cut those sugary beverages!

A recent study showed that  just 2 pops per day increases the risk of diabetes and lowers the immune system. High blood sugar and inability to fight off sickness are associated with a host of health problems, so do yourself a favor and cut this bad habit from your life. Juice is just as bad as pop so opt for water or sugar free drinks instead. I always say sweetener free is best, but if you can’t get by without sweet, sweeteners still beat sugar consumption. Just make sure you consume it within moderation.
